Ingredients:
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained 
  • 1 cucumber, diced 
  • 1 bell pepper, diced 
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 tsp Naagin The Original hot sauce - for elevated flavour
  • Salt and pepper, as per taste 
Preparation:
  1. Preparing the Chickpeas: Drain the chickpeas, wash them, and put them in a large bowl.
  2. Cut the cucumber, bell pepper, and onion into dices and chop the cherry tomatoes in half, and add them to the chickpeas.
  3. Mix the Dressing: Put all the ingredients - olive oil, lemon juice, The Original hot sauce - in a small bowl and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine Everything: Pour the dressing over the chickpea mixture and mix everything well together.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve immediately, or refrigerate for an hour to allow the flavours to meld.
